Overall good.

The rooms are big for Rome's standard. Very clean and the host is really nice. The morning breakfast was decent , but there are so many places to grab a quick bite so that's not an issue.

Its little outside of all the touristic places. Its about 20 minutes from the Roma termini by walk, once you get you can use the hop off hop on buses or any other means of transport.

The owners are very friendly, helpful and proud of their hotel. They did everything to make our stay bath comfortable.

Perfect location with great hosts

Perfect location, Our host Carolina and her Dad were wonderful, very helpful when we asked for directions to go around the city. Clean room, confortable beds. Fresh coffee in the morning with breakfast in the dining room was great.

Our room was next to dining room, it was a little noisy early in the morning when families walked to breakfast room. We were ok with that because we were always up early to go explore Rome.

I like their breakfast very much because after the tiring walk in Rome at night you have a decent breakfast that is a good value of what we paid for.During our stay in Rome we usually have 2 meals so breakfast is so important.Veronica and her family are superb hosts.Will definitely come back

Lovely little B&B close to Rome city centre!

The hosts were super friendly and the location of the property is also really good. Approx 20 minutes walk from the train station. Transport links are excellent to pretty much all the major attractions. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Our room was a really good size and had air conditioning. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing we can feed back on is the shower in our room. The water pressure wasn't strong at all but that's a really minor issue.

I would go there again.

It was a family owned hotel. Really nice people. Felt like home. It was a nice and clean hotel. I didn't expect huge bedrooms and bathrooms in Italy. Their rooms are very big!

The breakfast was fine, not superb. It had fruits, cakes, bread and cereal. No many choices. It was not a hot breakfast. I was kind of tired eating the same for three days. I would suggest them to improve their breakfast.

Very friendly, family-run guest house, clean, good location.

The guest house is a small family business. Everything is on a very personal level, family and staff are very friendly, helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is nice, but only sweet. If you prefer salty breakfast, you can keep your own things in the refrigerator. There is a lot of space in the suite (we had one big room, with a smaller room attached, no door in between, and then the bathroom). For our son we rented a baby bed, which was provided by the guest house, as well. The rooms were very clean and also cleaned every day. We went sightseeing every day, mostly by bus, once by tram/metro, which was very easy. The bus station is close by and the busses go direclty to the center of tourist-rome, as well as the Castello St.Angelo. The metro station can be reached by foot or tram and goes directly to the main station or the colosseum, all within 4 stops. We walked to the park Villa Borghese. There is a good restaurant (fair price) and a store within 2 min walking distance. The guest house is in a side street, close to a bigger busy street, but you only hear it when the window is open. Even though the building itself is from the 1800s, the windows are modern and keep out any noise. Also the bathrooms are clean and modern.

For us it wasn't a problem, but you should be aware that rooms open directly to the hallway and are not completely sound proof. Our door was right next to the reception desk, so we could hear when people talked loudly (e.g. checked in or discussed something on the way out) and we assume that people standing in the hallway could hear us, if we were speaking loudly. But that didn't happen often (and then only for a few short moments) and we were moslty out in the city, anyway. The second thing that also was not a problem for us, but could be for others: the entrance can only be reached by ascending the staircase of 8 steps.

Pleasant experience

The owner is very nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. Good location - close to metro station. Great breakfast. Very pleasant stay.

Everything was OK. The only thing we were missing was an electric kettle in the room to make some tea in the evening, but it was not in the offer, so we knew there won't be one.

It is a very nice place, easy to find. Close to an important street but it was quiet in the room. The room and bathroom were clean and bright. Extremly friendly staff, the contact was very easy. Nice bars/restaurants around, great ice cream also. Days of our stay were warm but evenings not so much and it was very nice to come back to the room with central heating.

Lovely workers who would help with anything and were very kind to everyone. Clean and spacious rooms and the location is great as it is near loads of public transport. Breakfast was perfect and workers there to make fresh coffee, etc.
